By commissioning me, you agree to the following TOS
-All discussions regarding commissions will be through email.
- I have the right to decline your commission request for any reason
- Expect updates via email on the progress of your commission
- No alterations can be made after the finished commission is sent.
- The estimated TAT might vary depending on the complexity of your comm
-This is a digital good, no items will be shipped
- Your commission will begin only after I receive full payment
- Payment must be sent through Stripe
- Prices are in AUD
- Predetermined commission prices/ conditions are non negotiable
- You must credit me if you use the commission on social media
- Art commissioned from me are for personal use only, (profile pictures, personal prints, wallpapers) and will not be monetised/used commercially unless agreed and discussed beforehand.
- I retain the rights to post your commissioned artwork ( social media, commission sheets) you will be given the option however.
- You may not remove/obstruct my signature from your commission
- My art cannot be used/involved within AI or NFTs
- You will have the option to make a revision when the progress of your commission is sent.
- Revisions must align with info/details you have provided on your filled commission from (cannot add/remove/swap out characters/Backgrounds if not stated before hand)
- Depending on the type of commission, a respective amount of revisions are given before a mandatory fee of $5 is charged for any beyond that
- Commercial use is available upon request and at minimum double the base price, respective prices will be discussed depending on usage
- Refunds are not available after your commission has began (Payment has been confirmed)
- If I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a refund
- Prices may vary depending on complexity of request (intricate detail, backgrounds, props, animals) I’ll always let you know, and we can chat to find a foreground!
